A Kirksville teenager accused of assaulting a man in May has pleaded not guilty. 18-year-old Carl Von Galvin was arraigned Monday in Adair County Circuit Court. He’s charged with first degree assault.

No longer can Oak Grove businesses legally sell incense that is smoked as marijuana and has the same effect as the drug.
